Does the flocking shed?

A little can come off during set-up, as with any flocked tree. Shape the branches gently and vacuum afterwards.

Which height should I choose?

Measure your ceiling and leave at least 6 inches above the tree for a topper. The size guide in the photos shows each height next to a 6 ft person.

Send it back. You have 30 days from delivery to return it for a full refund, and we pay the return shipping. The only condition is that it comes back undamaged.
