Refund policy

Try it for 30 days — free returns. If your item doesn't work in your space, you have 30 days from delivery to return it for a full refund, and we pay the return shipping. The only condition: it comes back undamaged.

How it works. Email hello@shopkeld.com with your order number and the item you're returning. We'll reply within one business day with a prepaid return label and instructions. Pack the item well — the original box works best if you kept it — and drop it off.

Refunds. Once your return arrives and is inspected as undamaged, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take additional days to appear on your statement.

Damaged or incorrect items. If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email a photo to hello@shopkeld.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll ship a free replacement — no return needed — or refund you in full, your choice.

Exchanges. Return the original with your free label and place a new order for the one you want.
